Publication Ethics

SOBER Proceedings Series is committed to maintaining academic integrity, ethical publishing standards, and transparency throughout the publication process.

The proceedings series expects all published papers to comply with internationally recognized principles of scholarly publishing, research ethics, and responsible academic conduct.

Authors submitting papers to SOBER Proceedings Series confirm that:

·         Submitted papers are original and have not been plagiarized.

·         All sources, references, and borrowed materials are appropriately cited.

·         Submitted papers are not simultaneously under consideration for publication elsewhere unless clearly disclosed.

·         Submitted papers do not infringe copyright or third-party rights.

·         Any conflicts of interest are clearly disclosed.

·         Ethical approval and participant consent have been obtained where required.

·         The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools is appropriately disclosed where applicable.

Papers identified as involving plagiarism, duplicate submission, fabricated, falsified, or manipulated data unethical research practices, or serious violations of publication ethics may be rejected or removed from publication.

SOBER Proceedings Series supports transparent, ethical, and academically responsible publication practices in collaboration with conference scientific committees and editorial teams.

The proceedings series encourages adherence to internationally recognized ethical publishing principles and good academic practice standards throughout the submission, review, editorial, and publication processes.
