Publication Process

SOBER Proceedings Series publishes selected conference-based scholarly research through scientific evaluation and publication
processes conducted by partner conferences, scientific
committees, and editorial teams.

Conference Submission

Authors submit abstracts or papers through the submission system of the relevant academic conference or scientific meeting associated with the proceedings volume.

Scientific Evaluation

Submitted papers undergo scientific evaluation conducted by the relevant conference scientific committee and review structure. The evaluation process considers academic relevance, originality, methodological quality, and contribution to the field.

Conference Acceptance

Papers successfully completing the scientific evaluation process may be accepted for presentation at the relevant conference or scientific meeting.

Full Paper Submission

Authors of accepted presentations may be invited by the conference organization to submit revised or full-length papers for consideration for inclusion in the proceedings volume.

Editorial Publication Review

Submitted full papers undergo editorial and publication review, formatting control, plagiarism screening, and publication ethics evaluation prior to publication.

Proceedings Publication

Selected papers successfully completing the conference scientific evaluation and publication review processes are published in the relevant SOBER proceedings volume in collaboration with conference scientific committees and editorial teams.
